On Monday, the 6th of may 2024, a house search took place in Nürnberg,
executed by the LKA (federal investigation police) Saxony and supported
by the USK (special forces of Bavarian police).
The national prosecutor is accusing the Antifascist Hanna to be part of
a criminal organization, which supposedly attacked Neonazis in Budapest.
Aside the criminal organization, Hanna is accused of 2 physical attacks
on Neonazis in Budapest.

Already shortly after the beginning of the house search, neighbors and
comrades gathered in front of the house, to show their support for
Hanna.
The house search took almost 7h. The police blocked several streets and
didn’t allow neighbors and passersby to pass.

Since the national court is responsible for the Budapest-trials, after
the hours of housesearch, Hanna got brought to Karsruhe. The court has
put her in pretrial detention.
The detention got justified with “risk of flight”, the high solidarity
with people on the run and the expected high sentence.
Since the 6th of May, Hanna is locked up in Nürnberg’s prison.
Same as Maja, Hanna is threatened to be extradited to Hungary.

In October, there has already been house searches in Nürnberg, as well
with the accusation of criminal organization.
The young Antifascists were accused of graffiti which, according to the
federal prosecutor, “glorified the Antifa”.
