Johann won’t be extradited!

Johann was already wanted by the police due to the Antifa-Ost-Trials and
later for the Budapest-Trials.
In November 2024 he got arrested.
Hungary put in a European arrest warrant and demanded his extradition.
The federal court in Jena has refused that, because he is German
citizen.
(Last year this didn’t stop the federal court in Berlin and the Soko
linX, to extradite Maja to Hungary)
According to the federal court of Thuringia, the main reason to not
extradite him, are the trials he will face in Germany.

A relieve, which directly disappears when we think about the 7 others,
for whom the desicion has not been taken yet.
Last week, they surrendered to the police, facing the risk to get
extradited to Hungary.
