Statement of the solidarity committee about the “attempt murder”-accusations against Hanna

The highest federal court in Munich (OLG) has put in the indictment
against the Antifascist Hanna. The accusation is “attempt murder” –
which is an escalation on purpose. In their press-handout of 3th
December 2024, the court writes itself, a charge of “just” aggravated
battery would be possible too.
“Apparently the court knows as well, the attempt murder accusation is
absurd and won’t stand in front of the justice”, says Alex Schmidt from
the solidarity committee Nürnberg. Further: “Obviously the court trys
the escalate the trial, to reach the highest possible sentence.
Furthermore, the accusation of attempt murder raises the pressure on
other Antifascists, who are currently on the run to avoid a extradition
to Hungary.” Murder/attempt murder charges are never becoming
time-barred.
“Putting in a indictment of attempt murder is a signal towards the
people on the run, who have to fear to be pushed into illegality for
ever, to never be able to come back to normal life.”
This indictment is a political line.
In the past, all failed attempts to put in a arrest warrant on Hanna
and Maja for attempt murder  have already shown that this accusation is
exaggerated.
Accordingly, the court is relativating its own indictment.
The fact that the trial is taking place in front of the
state-security-council is a absurdity. Normally the
state-security-council is taking trials of Nazis, like Reichsbürger
(armed seperatists), conspiracy-theorists or even members of NSU
(national-socialist underground, a neonazi group responsible for 10
murders).
“To put Hanna in one line with her opponents is a punch into everybody’s
face who fights against fascism.”
In its press-handout the OLG complains that german citizens travel to
other countries to commit crimes there.
“Fascists have already once brought death and suffering all over europe.
The “day of honor” is a gathering of Neonazis from all Europe, who aim
to repeat exact these horrors. German Nazis too, are traveling there
each year in big numbers.
Its not a surprise, but a necessity that the resistance is organized
from all over Europe too”, comments Alex Schmidt from the solidarity
committee.

The opening of the trial is expected to be the 19th of February 2025.
The solidarity committee from Nürnberg will drive to Munich this day, to
stand together with local Antifascists and to show to Hanna that she
won’t be left alone in Munich.
