The 10th of December could have been the day for Tobi to be free. It wa
the day his prison sentence in Hungary ended. But it went different.
Responsible for that was the LKA Saxony (federal police agents of
Germany).

In October, a European arrest warrant was put in for Tobi.
It was handed out to him in the last week before his release.
On the 4th of December, while the trail against a comrade in Berlin
continued, Hungarian authorities decided to comply with the request to
extradite him to  Germany.
The regular prison was followed by pre-extradition detention.
The 20.12.2024, Tobi got handed out to german officers, who moved him to
Karlsruhe (base of the national criminal court for terrorist/especially
important cases).
The 21.12.2024, Tobi was presented to the judge at the national court,
who decided that Tobi remains in pretrial detention. He is again  locked
up since then.

Another time, Germanys repressive authorities are showing their strong
will to prosecute Antifascists. They are continuing to escalate.
Neighter Tobi nor us will be taken down by the continuing challenges and
obstacles – even through it’s hard sometimes to get our shit together.
